This is my favorite medium full coverage foundation. It offers great coverage but feels very light. I like to apply it it a damp beauty blender and set with powder just under my eyes and around my nose. The finish and feel are perfect but the color is a little off. Even though I have to mix in a little blue color corrector with shade 5, I can match it perfectly to my light neutral olive skin. The shade 5 on its own is too peachy.

The Hourglass Ambient Soft Glow foundation is an excellent choice for anyone looking for medium to high coverage in their complexion product. It does have a luminous finish, but is not as lightweight as other radiant foundations. A very little goes a long way so it’s important not to dispense too much product, otherwise you might go overboard. The shade range is quite thorough, though I did find I had to mix two shades together to find my perfect match. Because it is a higher level of coverage than what I normally prefer, it’s not something I wear all the time, but I do like it for special occasions, or any time where I might be experiencing a bit more redness in my skin than usual. I feel as though people who are seeking out more glamorous coverage might really enjoy this product.

This foundation is medium/full coverage and gives a satin finish that blurs. I took off a star because I don’t wear this on a daily basis as it can look heavy/like makeup. However, for wedddings and going out it lasts forever and makes you look flawless!
