Stuff works on contact. I need something that works right away as I don’t have time to wait for a bug to die lol. This stuff is great the only thing I wish is that it had a long stream. I feel like the spray is just too close for me. And this stuff has a lavender smell which smells great!!

Every household needs one of these Hot shot sprays! We live in a rural area and have lots of ants and spiders so we always have at least one of these bottles at home. They are effective at killing and deterring. I hate crushing bugs so I love this spray because I can kill them from far away and don't have to worry about spiders jumping on me. It has a very good reach so I don't have to get too close. Most of the time spiders run as soon as they get sprayed but as long as they get some stay on them, it's enough to kill them. It takes about 20 to 30 seconds for them to stop moving. This stuff is great for spiders but even better for ants. We've had many ant trails make it inside our house. Once we make a barrier with this, they are gone for good! It's definitely a must have and I highly recommend these sprays!
