These are delicious. Perfectly smoked, not too much but not to faint. They cook in a flash( great for that, “ Oh my gosh, where did the time go? I need to make dinner” moments. They have a nice thickness foe a hearty meal. They slice great for on a salad or tossed on top of augratin potatoes. The only reason I give them a 4 star is they are high in sodium that is part of the preservatives/curing process however, it’s not something one eats every night.
