I purchased this machine because I didn’t want to rent the rug doctor. I figured the cost would balance out within two uses and I’m glad I purchased it. My first time using the machine it was wonderful. I like that I can see the bristles working and what it picks up and I was impressed. The machine goes into wash when you move forward, and dries when you pull back. It also has a dry button. After I’ve gone over the entire room, I click on the dry button to make sure all the water had been extracted. This is great as it lessens the dry time. I also like that you can remove the bristles and clean them out. The machine is see through so you will see the dirt, sand, hair etc being extracted from the rug. One thing to be aware of is that although everything seems to snap back it may not be aligned. I suggest taking your time putting everything back. This part was a little frustrating but with patience I got everything working again.

Suction power was AMAZING.. at first. The wash aspect is really good but the “dry only”was terrible. After a few uses on very small carpets, it started to loose suction and shoot dust out. It is VERY noisy. Although it looks great, the inside hose is also very small. This makes larger dirt particles to become stuck. Would not recommend.
