This Honeywell table top fan is s little powerhouse! Now its not meant to be as powerful as an AC unit of course, and not meant for large rooms either, but it certainly does a good job at providing steady, consistent fresh air , & great at cooling someone down. There are 3 different speeds, but even on the fastest speed, it has a very low quiet murmur. It does not oscillate, however it does have a tilt option which is very handy. Only negative thing I will say is that if you keep it on the floor you are bound to get hair (& dust) wrapped up around the coils at the back over time, that is very difficult to clean. Other than that this is our 2nd of this exact fan.

Portability wise, i would say 100%! You can literally bring it anywhere! I had this fan for a very long time and I think its due for changing, and for sure I am gonna buy same brand but will get something that I can charge and bring it anywhere even has no electricity. Gives a 100% air power! I really love it
