I bought these energy chews to use on long runs (10+ miles) and I like them but I don’t love them. They did give me an energy boost and didn’t upset my stomach at all, but I’m looking at the ingredient list I feel like they’re just a super expensive fruit snack 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ll use the box I bought, but I probably won’t repurchase these.
