A few years ago I was driving a Honda Pilot, and I loved it. Then we started expanding our family and my husband suggested I get a minivan. I said no, I was NEVER going to drive a minivan. Fast forward to us at the dealership, and me sitting in one, playing with all of the cool stuff! We have the Touring and it has a DVD player, HDD, built in window shades, a cooler, an awesome sound system, navigation system, heated seats, sunroof, and back up camera. The seats in the third row fold down and the second row seats come out. You can move a couch with it. I swear they must have put a bunch of moms in a room and asked them what their ideal car would be, and then they made this one. So yeah. I drive a minivan now. AND I LOVE IT.
I had this van and I have to say that it was the best van that I have ever had. It was a 2007 and it was a great vehicle. The only issue that I had was that I felt like it had multiple recalls and the place that I took it for the recalls was a Honda dealer were not very friendly or very good to deal with and that is nothing on the vehicle but a matter of fact.
We have had an Odyssey for years now, and it has been a rather reliable car. In the recent years though, it has begun to have all kind of ridiculous problems. The automatic doors work only when they want to, and the trunk handle sticks!
I absolutely love my van. It drives so smooth and has been very reliable. So far I've owned two of these and they've been great. Haven't had any problems. They are pricey but worth it.
I do really like my 2013 Odyssey. There are a few things I would change. When you have automatic sliding doors, you really should also include automatic back hatch opening and closing. A van is made and used especially for women with children, trying to get to the top of the back hatch to pull down such a HEAVY door is VERY difficult. Also, the storage compartments and trash collection area need to be reconfigured. Not all that practical. But those really are small issues in comparison to what a reliable and gas friendly vehicle it is for its size.
I love this car. We have owned this car for over 7 years. No problems at all. Very reliable and love that we have a DVD player for those long drives to visit family.
We made this big purchase almost 2 years ago when I had my son. It is a great car and I can't say anything bad about it. Favorite part is of course the sliding doors and the cool box! Customer service was great from the place we bought it.
Love love love my Odyssey! Perfect spacious room for my growing boys and their extracurricular activities as well as room for their friends. Smooth ride and very sleek design.
I love my Honda Odyssey. I love the ease for our family and even driving it to run errands.
