This is a great handheld massager that you plug in and comes with 3 different heads and the speed is also adjustable so you can customise this to your preference. It’s definitely good for a quick fix and you can even use it on yourself or get someone else to help. The wire is also long enough to plug in and move around.

Very effective with small areas and uncomfortable knots in the back. It has a long lead so easy to use and on large person. It is quite heavy, so it works really well, and the operator does not need to a lot of forse

This gadget is amazing, I didn’t have high hopes as I’d used something similar a few years ago and it wasn’t very good. Not so with this one, pressure and movement is spot on, it’s small enough to store away and you can use it on different parts of your body like calves, upper arms and tops of shoulders with ease, the lower back is a bit difficult but that could just be my mobility lol. It seems like it’s quite tough and would last a long time too. I would recommend anyone to have a go at this as it eased the tension in my shoulders and neck and I no longer have a constant headache as a result so I’m well pleased.
