My family loves potatoes as a side, I was very excited to try this side dish from Home Bake company and we absolutely loved it! This is s crispy potato medley tossed with onions, herbs ,spices ,parmesan cheese and toasted breadcrumbs. It goes with any kind of meat of your choice,we paired it with Hone Bake chicken parmesan. Delicious side dish and tastes like hone made.

I picked up a main course - Southwest Style Chipotle Chicken, a side - Parmesan Crusted Potato Medley and a veggie - Italian Style Cauliflower. The idea of cooking a three course meal all at the same time and oven temperature is awesome! The Potato Medley had a good flavor and we liked the mix of potatoes. We all thought that it kind of reminded us of a Thanksgiving stuffing. We enjoyed it.
