I have tried this product a few times and while I can certainly say it does heat up, that seems to be all it did which you could do by putting a hot flannel on your face. I got it on offer for a really good price though. The packaging is super cute. I wouldn't purchase it again though which is a shame because I normally love this brand

This product is good but nothing special about it. I actually felt the steam sensation, but I couldn’t say that I ve noticed amazing improvements. It also smells a little bit weird. The price is good. Overall, I can’t say this is an amazing product.

On a scale of one to useless this product is pretty useless. Had no effect on my nose or blackheads and I'm really disappointed because I love Holika Holika.
