i finally received my @lipmonthly bag for August. Their customer service is terrible and would not recommend this subscription service at all. they are affordable but very disorganized and rude to their customers. However, the Hikari shadow is so creamy and shimmery, it is amazing but for business ethics, I personally wouldn't want my name attached to such a shady company like @lipmonthly
