With short-medium thin hair, this can be divided into thirds. It goes on after a shampoo, stays on 5 to 10 minutes and rinses clear leaving no greasy residue but a soft head of hair. It is a great option for dry hair from bleaching or coloring. I only use it once per week only on the damaged parts of my hair (avoid using on my scalp). Really happy with this stuff! It will become a regular in my rotation of products. My hair is smoother, much easier to brush and just feels good. Well worth the $1.77 price, would use again.
