This stuff SAVED my hair. I literally can't imagine where I would be without it. I bleached my hair once everyday for the past 4 days, trying to get this really stubborn red out (don't judge me) but I used this deep conditioner every time after bleaching I would shampoo and apply my regular conditioner and then apply this stuff and put my shower cap on and get out of the shower and finish getting ready or doing whatever for roughly 15-45 minutes every-time. And I cannot believe I am even saying this BUT my hair is healthier
