I decided to start gardening and build 6 raised beds this year, much to my husband and his wallet's dismay. 😌 I had originally ordered a different brand that was cheaper, but they were out and substituted this brand, and I am happy to say I like it much better. They are heavy and come with more soil than other brands, but you need to dig your hands in there and break up some of the bigger chunks. Thankfully, I had my little helper who didn't mind getting dirty and helping me break it into little pieces. Since it has more soil than the other brands we even had extra left over to fill a strawberry tower. It is organic , and I feel good about planting food for my kids in it and drains well but still retains enough moisture for the plants. We have just planted our seedlings and started direct planting in the last couple of weeks, so I haven't seen the full results yet, but I have seen quite a few things sprout already and they are all doing great so far.
