This paint really improved my houses appearance and freshened up the walls. It is thick, makes the walls washable, and they only took one coat to finish. While the product is a little pricey, Lowe’s runs sales on it often making it a better deal. Color for reference: Frappe

I think I had high hopes for this product based on the price point. Lowes employees say this is the gold standard in paint, but I had to go back for a second coat and touch ups. As an avid painter, I knew to use Kilz primer as a first step, but I still had primer showing. I may try this product again in a different color to see if the paint color has any effect on the outcome.
