This is the Prolessa Duo Fat Burner supplement by Herbalife. It’s a powder that can be added to a shake/smoothie or however you like to use it. I like to incorporate this in my morning smoothies to help the fat burning process throughout the day. It doesn’t really have a taste and is finely milled. After a couple months of use I was able to notice a difference in my appearance. I gave it 3 stars because it is a very expensive product and I’m not sure it’s worth it just because it takes time and money for results.

I’ve been using this product so far and loving it. I tend to pick and snack a lot and I find myself doing that less often after using this. I have lost 6 pounds so far and will be continuing to use this to help further my progress. I definitely think that being consistent is important and following through
