The smell is a lotttt better once washed out! While you put it on your hand, it has like a distinct, weird salon smell. But in your hair, it smells much more fruity and sweet. My only problem with Herbal Essences is pretty much all their products smell the same to me. However, this was still a good product and it was super silky (glistened when you used it). I liked it!

After the 1st time I used this product, I loved it. I love the smell and the way it leaves my hair. I even had my daughter use it.
