I love goat cheese and this creamy herbed chevre by Montchevre is wonderful. It works very well for spreading on crackers, or a good dense bread. It does not have the gamey flavor that some goat cheese products have, and it crumbles well for salads, or pasta. I personally like this herbed flavor or the apricot spread on a dense piece of rosemary bread and drizzled with good olive oil then broiled until slightly browned. That is almost a meal for me!
