product is good i find and u can rub it into hands and nails but i suggest before bed as it is a thick paste more so than cuticle oil i would definitely say

This is really good I have a huge tub here and I have a smaller one I keep in my bag so good to nourish nails and cuticles and I have definitely seen improvements in the condition of my nails since using this It’s quite greasy at first but give it a good soak and rub in and it is fabulous
