If you’re looking to get 200% of your daily value of Vitamin C and E this is a great product for you. First off I love the packaging. It just feels good holding it. The top of the packaging is an easy twist dispenser. If taken daily you’ll get about a month out of one container of Collagen pills. I only used up one jar and with anything the results typically take time to see so since I haven’t continued taking/purchasing the product at this point I haven’t seen a drastic difference in my hair, skin, and nails appearance.
