I use this 1-2x a week to prevent dry scalp as I don’t use a conditioner with ny normal shampoo. Definitely leaves my hair soft but not certain it actually makes my hair thicker.

Effectiveness: I bought this for my spouse he has severe dandruff in his hair he used it twice per week it has a little tingle feeling but it's bareable.. I will buy again
