Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. Order a suit and ended up only getting pants and they were the wrong size. Wouldn't give a refund. For a company being part of Nordstrom I anticipated better service. Will not use again.

I’ve used the app and online site on many occasions. I find their shoe and make up deals to be great. I have purchased toms, keds, and urban decay products at a significant discount. The downside is the shipping cost. Its too expensive.

I’ve made purchases before and the items were good quality, but honestly I hate paying shipping charges so I usually buy elsewhere.
