I use the nourishing deep conditioner about twice a month. I get 2 uses out of the envelope. I leave it in about 3-4 minutes in the shower. This is a good deep conditioner to use every couple of weeks. I can tell a difference in my hair if I skip using this.

I love this stuff. I have super dry hair so these are needed every time I wash my hair. Usually every 4 days or so. Helps bring out my curls too.

Sometimes you just need a really good pamper day- these are my go to when I feel like my hair just needs a little pick me up. They always have me feeling refreshed
