this sounds delicious, what makes it a winter white? What's added to make it a different Earl Grey tea?

Typical earl grey tea uses black tea and oil of bergamot. This tea uses white tea plus earl of bergamot, so it's just substituting black tea for white tea. This results in a lighter tea with less caffeine and a golden color.
