I just purchased Insta Pout Plumping Lip Gloss in Cake Walk by Hard Candy at Walmart after my current lip gloss was used up. Cake Walk is a super cute light pink to neutral color with a lot of shine. It is not sticky or globby. It does tingle when applied. It made my lips look pouty immediately so it definitely lives up to the "insta pout" moniker. It's a great product by an affordable brand.
