I found this to be quite relaxing, but I think that about all bath bombs. I can’t say that I feel super tense or have any body aches, so I wouldn’t be qualified to say that it relieves tension. It does contain 60 mg CBD and has 0.3% THC in it, so that would be important to note before using, especially if pregnant or breastfeeding. Overall, I enjoyed this bath bomb.
