I like the taste and the way they make my skin clear up and most of all they have natural ingredients in it!! I saw improvement in my skin!! My hair is in good condition and it has moisture to it as well as my hair being able to retain moisture!! I would recommend them if you want that added moisture and clearly skin!! I take them alone and open the capsule!! This is definitely my favorite way to use the capsules and I still getting the benefits from it!!
