This product really does what it says, it’s wonderful for nails and hair. My hair is stronger and more resistant. Shine more and my nails stronger

I am 50 with thinning hair and my hair dresser swears by Nutrafol. I gave it a try and can say after a month it works . You have to be patient and take 2 pills a day with food. This was hard for me to do, the pills have a weird taste and are big…but I really wanted them to work and was militant about taking them. I have friends that take 1 a day and don’t see results so I think you have to take 2. I ordered mine on Amazon when they were on sale. These work better than any shampoos or serums I have tried.
