Highly recommend using Nutrafol for those of us who have started to have thinner hair. I experienced no side effects using it and took it every day for 3 months. I had more hair growth, which was noticeable but the best effect that it had on me was that I was no longer losing hair at the rate I was before. I also like that all the ingredients are natural and it's a nice alternative to medication.
