I’m a big fan of sheet masks in general and have tried a few! In my opinion, sheet masks are so handy and a quick way to get skincare benefits via a treatment style application. This particular fragrance-free mask focuses on Anti-ageing and has key ingredients such as Super Hyaluronic Acid (their own exclusive), Retinol and Collagen. It is suitable for all skin types and even sensitive skin. I have used Retinol but I am fairly new to Collagen. What I was particularly impressed by was that this mask contains a whole bottle (20ml) worth of serum in it- it is an intensive treatment for the skin. I followed the instructions on the packaging but left it on longer than the minimum time, to get the maximum efficacy out of it. I then used any left over liquid on the mask on my neck area. I felt the benefits instantly and my skin felt soft, plumped and hydrated. I think my skin really soaked up and loved the ingredients. I would use this type of product once a week, as a treatment or before heading out somewhere nice - especially if you want your skin to glow. Your skin will thank you for it! I will be repurchasing this.

This anti-ageing facial sheet mask boasts 3 main power ingredients as seen in the rest of the Hada Labo Tokyo’s anti-ageing range: 🌸 ‘Super’ hyaluronic acid - a unique formula containing a blend of 3 hyaluronic acids. 🌸 Collagen - improves skin elasticity, reduce visible wrinkles and increase blood flow to the skin. 🌸 Retinol - reduces the appearance of wrinkles and enlarged pores. This mask comes in a foil packet ensuring longevity. Instructions are provided although it’s really easy to use, simply unfold and place it on the face. Like any sheet mask it is a little fidgety to unfold but it is thick enough that there was no risk of tearing. There was plenty of serum left in the packet so I applied this on my neck. I left it on for 15 minutes as directed. It is fragrance-free and didn’t cause any irritation / discomfort whatsoever. There was still a generous amount of product left on my face at the end which I patted gently into my skin. My skin felt soft, smooth and plump. I really liked that it gave me a dewy glow. It didn't make my skin feel tight like some masks do. I followed this mask with Hada Labo Tokyo’s repair night cream. It is worth noting, this sheet mask contains retinol so if you are new to retinols,, it’s always worth applying a small rest patch beforehand. Due to the high quality, power ingredients within it, I highly recommend it to those looking to fight the signs of ageing whilst being able to pamper at the same time!
