Crispy outside, tender and flavourful inside. Scrapple is so good, I’m from the south and liver mush is NoT the same. This is where it’s at. Habbersett is my go to brand, the quality, flavor, and texture are top quality. It just smells so good frying in the pan. I cut the brick from bottom to top for smaller pieces that cook quicker and more evenly.
