No husbands allowed Only minutes after Abbie Elliot and her three best friends step off of a private helicopter, they enter the most luxurious, sumptuous, sensually pampering hotel they have ever been to. Their lavish presidential suite overlooks Monte Carlo, and they surrender: to the sun and pool, to the sashimi and sake, to the Bruno Paillard champagne. For four days they're free to live someone else's life. As the weekend moves into pulsating discos, high-stakes casinos, and beyond, Abbie is transported to the greatest pleasure and release she has ever known. What happened last night? In the morning's harsh light, Abbie awakens on a yacht, surrounded by police. Something awful has happened-something impossible, unthinkable. Abbie, Winnie, Serena, and Bryah are arrested and accused of the foulest crime imaginable. And now the vacation of a lifetime becomes the fight of a lifetime-for survival. GUILTY WIVES is the ultimate indulgence, the kind of nonstop joy-ride of excess, friendship, betrayal, and danger that only James Patterson can create.

I'm a James Patterson lover and wanted a read outside of the Woman's Murder Club, Alex Cross, and Private series. This book was perfect! It had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down. I was engaged throughout the entire book and the ending really took a surprise turn. I do not want to spoil the book... but I suggest you pick this up if you're a James Patterson lover and want to take a break from the series novels.

I actually really enjoyed this book! I thought it was a really well developed investigation story that really engages the reader in thinking and deductive reasoning. Trying to pick who's side you on and figuring out what really happened, all while feeling so sad about the situation these ladies go through was really fun. Bravo to James Patterson, this was yet another great book in my eyes!

This book was really interesting yet so eye opening. This could truly be a real life scenario! Some gory stuff but not too much. This one was a little different than most of his books but still a good read.
