We first bought this product because we cloth diaper and know big box diaper creams and balms are a big no-no. And what really intrigued me into my purchase was that the ingredients are so clean and simple that I really wouldn’t trust anything else on my newborns delicate skin. That being said this 1 stick has lasted our baby’s entire first yr of diapering. We just recently ordered our second. It really lasts long. The stick application used to bother me because of germs potentially being spread… but in our specific case we don’t use the product for every diaper and instead only use after baths on fresh clean skin. It’s also been great to use on my little ones thighs as my baby has had minor allergic reactions after immunizations near the puncture areas. After 2 days of letting the area be free and dry we start using the balm to help soothe and speed up baby’s healing process. I bet we will continue to purchase this balm even after baby no longer uses diapers to help with any other skin ailments. It has a light clean scent and smell exactly like what it’s made of and a mix of essential oils. It’s not unpleasant or overbearing. My only comment is keep it in a cool place.. I wouldn’t leave it in a hot car. It is made of ingredients that melt. Also for those who are curious… yes it does clean of in the wash off cloth diapers and clothes. It has not left any stains or residue. Just try it!
