When buying new kitchen equipment, I always look at America’s Test Kitchen reviews. I chose this pan because ATK selected this pan as the winner out of all the ceramic non-stick fry pans that they tested. After using this pan several times, I can see why ATK gave it a glowing review. This frying pan is non-toxic which is one of the features I like about this pan. It doesn’t have PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium which is great. I have used this pan several times and I like how well it heats up and evenly cooks my food. Food has never stuck to bottom of this pan which makes cleaning it a breeze. This is a very high quality pan that can be used on a variety of stovetops. I used this on my electric, glass top stove and I didn’t encounter any issues. I highly recommend this high quality non-toxic frypan.
