The drama surrounding my boyfriend taking this supplement to lose a little weight has haunting my household for months. Frank says my boyfriend should beable to lose weight the natural way. Calls him names. Of course Nathan can’t hear a word he’s saying because I’m the only one that can see Frank. So I’m just sitting here getting smacked talked by a ghost who unalived himself in the 30s and he has the nerve to say anything about the choices my boyfriend makes with his body. At least he has a body ! Anyways sometimes my boyfriend will put on an extra few pounds. Then he will take one of these every day for a couple weeks and he gets back to his weight he is usually at. All he does is take these. Eat regular like he always does for the exception he takes out soda and sugary drinks. Replaces it with water and the pounds come off with little to no effort. Also they are kinda big to swollow. I don’t like big pills so that’s something to take into consideration when buying. Also kinda a funny taste but you just swollow it quickly and in no time you will be losing weight

Makes me a little shaky but very easy to swallow. Has no taste, which I am thankful for, not to mention the outstanding ingredients. I have been using this for months, because of how cheap it is for value, and have lost 40 pounds and 4 inches around my waist.

Bought it from Costco, it is a big jar and the price is good. The ingredients are not a lot. it contains soy, so if you allergic with soy, becarful with it. I feel like it help to control the hungry feeling. and eat less.
