This was one of the most disappointing vegetable medleys I've ever had. While the cauliflower and carrots were enjoyable, the sugar snap peas completely ruined the experience. They were overly stringy, to the point where it felt like I was biting into strings more often than the actual peas. It reminded me of the fresh peas we used to hand-pick and *de-string* growing up, but I wonder if that step was overlooked here. Whether it was an undercooked batch or poor preparation, the excessive strings were a major turnoff and left me unimpressed.
