They really should start listing coconut oil in beauty and hygiene products because it has so many uses! I don’t eat this but I do use it for “Oil pulling” for my teeth and gums. Leaves breath fresh and using it for the oil pull method has definitely improved my teeth and gums! I also use it on small cuts and skin irritation and it works great!

I love this!! Not only for cooking, BUT.. you can put this on your hair an hour before bleaching your hair, and it protects your hair from some of the damaged cause by bleaching! And it leaves your hair amazingly soft!! Just saturate your hair, after an hour take a towel and blot your hair to soak up any excess oil, leave it in your hair and put the bleach over the coconut oil after the bleaching time is up wash your hair like you normally would after bleaching!! I'll never bleach my hair again with out first applying the coconut oil on it first!!
