Super lightweight and moisturizing! Perfect for medium wavy/curly hair and scalp! Best when heated up and applied directly to scalp in the shower.

I bought this at a small grocer when I was out of town. They didn't carry my regular brand so I thought I would give it a try. It cost near a dollar less than my regular type of grape seed oil. The weight was a bit heavier then I was used to. I also found the flavor although plesent a bit stronger. I would use this again for cooking but I did not care for this in my salad.

High in polyunsaturated fats and vitamin E, grapeseed oil has a high smoke point, which makes it a good substitute for olive or vegetable oils when stir-frying and sauteing. And because it's virtually flavorless, it lets top-notch ingredients stand out. Not sure if I’ll stick with grape seed oil I might go to avocado oil. More research to be done but it’s far better than vegetables or canola oil.
