This brand of Jerk is the one my Jamaican grandmother used on her jerk chicken and jerk pork recipes (with a little tweaking on her part as well). And this is the same brand that I use today for marinating my jerk chicken, HOWEVER do not use the mild one if you want the heat that comes with authentic Jerk dishes. This version is definitely for those who can't stand the heat. It's ok, but has nothing on the HOT original, which comes with a red label by the way. I would give it a 4-1/2 because it's mild versus hot, but I couldn't disrespect the brand like that.
