I love Grace Coconut Milk Powder. It is very creamy and delicious. I add this to rice and peas, curries, soups, cakes and smoothies. This coconut powder has no preservative which I absolutely love. I like that I can add water to achieve the desire consistency when I am cooking or baking. This coconut milk powder is easy to store and takes up little space also, it is easy to travel with and not as heavy as the coconut milk in tins.
