I only use these beans to make minestrone soup or bean sausage soup.
They cook very well.
**A great tip is leave them soaking in hot water for about 2 hours before cooking or the night before if your cooking in the morning and you cut the cooking time by almost half.

Goya beans are the best quality beans. They cook well in the pressure cooker. They come out tender, but not mushy. I love to add chorizo and butternut squash to mine. Great comfort food.

THE BEST BEANS TO MAKE IN A PRESSURE COOKER... if your like me and only like homemade beans.... put a little bacon and water in your pressure cooker with garlic and onion... you wont regret it.
