Yep we use this to make peas and rice or sometimes we eat it by itself. I know some people put it in a salad.
I love buying Goya beans, they are full of protein, a must for your daily diet!
Here in Puerto Rico we mix this frijoles with pieces of tomato, onion, green pepper, one boiled egg cut and olive oil. Might want to add a hint of salt. Makes a perfect salad!
