Goya® Basmati Rice
This aromatic, long-grain fluffy rice has a nutty and a distinct fragrance that comes from the specific aging process it goes through.
Ingredients: Milled Indian Basmati Rice.
Instructions: 1. measure 2 cups water, 1 cup comet rice and (if desired) 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter or margarine into a large saucepan. Bring to a vigorous boil. 2. turn heat down very low, cover with a tight fitting lid, simmer without lifting lid for 15 minutes. 3. remove from heat and let stand covered for about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
