Keep in mind that these pros and cons may vary based on individual experiences and can differ from one Goodlife gym location to another. It's always helpful to seek personal recommendations and conduct your own research before making a decision about joining a gym or opting for personal training sessions.
I started going because the equipment is pretty good however the prices keep going up and the overall experience is going down. Maybe it's just the one in my location but it's frequently dirty and the state of the female change room is usually disgusting. The sauna always has this gross slimy layer on the floor. I switched gyms because, this location, has gone down hill.
I go to the goodlife for ladies only location and I love the environment. I feel like I can workout comfortably without judgement and wear whatever I want because it’s a ladies only space.
