I love the taste and consistency of their Protein Shakes. The Cookies and Cream flavor is one of my top favorite ones, besides Chocolate and Vanilla. If you mix your Protein Powder with Milk it will taste just like a Milkshake:)

Golds Gym Whey Protein is comparable to other whey protein products on the market in terms of nutritional value and texture. The cookies and cream flavour is really nice.
