It is more than wonderful and I hope everyone tries it. It is worth trying. It is easy, light and also good to use and very easy to clean.also very comfortable

I ripped tendons in my right ankle and avoided surgery by doing physical therapy. My therapist used this in some of my exercises. I took my teen to the same therapist after knee surgery on a deformed meniscus and this was used in some exercises as well. It helped us both regain stability and strength. It is also something you can use at home or in the gym and kinda fun too. We are both stronger, in less pain, and doing so much better.

Ho utilizzato questo prodotto in quanto subito sempre infortuni, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la parte muscolare delle gambe, e questo ha permesso di rinforzare tutto ciò che mi si infiammava facilmente. Ottima anche per aumentare la stabilità. Qualità ottima dei materiali utilizzati. Facile da riporre sotto un letto o in uno spazio stretto. Bello anche il design.
