I used Go Gray remove followed by charcoal shampoo and conditioner. Definitely a long process and didn’t like the smell of the mixture. I was expecting my hair to be more gray I guess but it did make it more lighter. I do have gray hairs due to age or stress. I didn’t use the shampoo for 20 min not sure if that correct. Instructions need to be more clear.

So I have to say that after buying this I saw people on here got it in a Voxbox 🤨. But to digress. I bough these and I love it. At the beginning of lock down I started to grow out my hair. Done great almost 2 years and loved it. My husband badgered me to colour it for vacation. Which I regrettably did 😭 so now starting again since July. I used this and I can tell you it helps remove some of the hair colour without drying your hair out.

I’m half grey/brown and this kit really brought a great shine to my cherished greys. Would purchase!
