does what's needed. cleaned and pulled old residue off hair to lighten off old color to new color. very gentle great smell. not going to work on my bright black but for someone Suttle brown to blone it would work.

To be honest I have gotten the Go Gray products (my first box _ I was so excited) but I have a few gray hairs to try the products for. 😑🙃😶
