I love these! They come in different flavors. This has help me lose lots of weight! Although it can become unhealthy at times if you’re only drinking one or two of these and only have one meal a day. Great for weight lose but with proper nutrition

When I first got into working out I started purchasing my stuff from Gnc and the total lean shake was a go to for me. It’s actually really good and the flavor is yummy!

These shakes were pretty good. The chocolate flavor tasted great and was filling. The consistency was a little thicker than I preferred but not too bad overall.
