I bought this meal replacement shake to help me lose weight. Unfortunately, I did not like the flavor as it was too thick., I tried mixing it with milk and water but didn’t help. Also, I read the ingredient label and was bombed to read that contained red 40.. I will not purchase this again. There are many cleaner options out there.

The taste and consistency of the shake was really good. My only downside is, I don’t believe it truly contained the amount of protein it said and I don’t feel like it was a benefit other than maybe a meal replacement and it was a poor win at that. 

Swiss chocolate lean shakes are a great product for anyone that is looking for a meal Replacement type shake. It taste really good and it does not have that chalky mouthfeels others on the market has.
